The "trick" is in the video above. But first, let me tell you about one woman.

Let's call her Amanda. She was 48 the first time a laugh made her leak.

Then the stairs. Then a cough in the checkout line. Soon she was bracing before she laughed.

If you've started bracing before you laugh or sneeze, this is for you.

Her doctor told her it was her age, and that she should buy some pads.

So she did the Kegels anyway. Then the teas, the pills off the shelf. She priced the surgery and put the phone down.

None of it stopped anything. So she bought the pads.

Then she bought them again the next month. And the month after that.

By then she'd stopped wearing light colors. She'd stopped saying yes to things.

But the part that got to her wasn't the leaking. It was standing in that aisle every month, putting a box in the cart, and knowing she'd be back.

If you've stood in that aisle, you know.

That was when she came to me. Nobody had ever taken it seriously.

Her bladder was never weak. It was out of balance.

You've heard of the microbiome in your gut. There's a second one in your bladder.

When it tips, squeezing harder can't fix it. That's why the Kegels did nothing. They were never going to.

In the video I show you a test you can run tonight. One can of diet soda. You'll know inside the hour whether this is you.

I also name the everyday product that may be keeping this going. It's the one she'd been buying every month.

And I walk you through the three steps I gave Amanda. Clear. Rebuild. Strengthen.

Around day twelve she noticed something. A few weeks later she left the house without one in her bag. Not long after that, she stopped bracing before she laughed.

If you're telling yourself it isn't that bad, that's what Amanda told herself.

It doesn't stay small. But you may not have to live like this.

I'd watch it today. Videos that name a billion dollar industry have a way of disappearing.
